The User/Buyer declares to be 18 years old or over, and to be fully empowered by the company which represents, to request an order and to issue a payment either on a personalized, valid, current, and legitimate credit card, or to request products under specific credit terms previously agreed and granted.

     After clicking or pressing the “Pay” Button at the end of each online order in Intermatex USA Website, the User or Buyer accepts and attains thoroughly and without exemption to all the Intermatex Policies herewith comprised of: Sales, Delivery, Cancellation/Return, Merchandising and Marketing.

     INTERMATEX USA products are new and have a limited warranty term of 365-days beginning on the invoice date.

     This warranty covers only flaws or visual anomalies derived from manufacturing prior to its installation.  Once the product has been installed the warranty will be voided at all instances.  Exceptions might occur and will be reserved to INTERMATEX USA technical department criteria to define otherwise, nevertheless, the installation cost will never be covered under any circumstance.

     All INTERMATEX USA products have the proper usage instructions indicated in the most recent catalog.  In case is not clear, it must be consulted with Intermatex personnel in writing, to ensure the best application and best performance.  This includes also the recommendation of proper installation tools and materials.  The customer is 100% responsible for products used or installed differently than suggested in our documentation, catalogs or suggestions provided.

     For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time.  Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be dispatched as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.

     Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

     Damages in products caused by Shipping and Handling:

       DOOR TO DOOR:  Damages will be covered and replaced by INTERMATEX USA. Goods would be sent within the next 48 working hours of notification, at no extra charges.  Although, pictures from different angles of the damage are required when notifying the event to the company via email.

       WAREHOUSE EX-WORKS (Picking up from Savannah Warehouse): any controversial situation will be evaluated by INTERMATEX USA logistics and technical support.  The decision will be announced within the next 96 working hours after notifying the event.

     INTERMATEX USA does not accept Liabilities beyond the remedies set forth in this Limited Warranty, for incidental or consequential damages derived from misusage, negligence, unawareness, or lack of communication with the supplier.

     This Warranty supplements or supersedes federal and state consumer goods warranty protections.

     In case of any claim, it has to be notified within the next 48 working hours after receiving the merchandise.   Once it has been returned, the products must go through an inspection.  Intermatex USA will reserve the right to accept or reject the claim.


     All canceled orders must be submitted via email to, within the next 24hrs.  Otherwise, this order would be treated as Return.

     In case of products return:

1.       First, the event has to be duly notified in writing to any representative of INTERMATEX USA LLC via email, indicating the main reason for the situation.

2.       The notification of returns must be requested before 7 days of the reception of the merchandise.  The reception date would be marked according to the Parcel or Carriers Companies’ Websites.

     After requesting the Return and if the Intermatex USA has accepted it in writing, the return shall be done within the next 25 days from the Intermatex USA return acceptance date.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be submitted, previous any return of goods.

     All refunds will always be done on products.  And the remaining positive balance will remain at the customer’s disposal.  The positive account balance will remain valid for the next 180 days from the date of return.

     All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging (box and/or blisters).

     Prior to shipping back any goods, pictures of different angles of the package must be provided to Intermatex USA, in order to obtain the RMA.  The company will not receive any products if pictures are not previously supplied showing a proper well-protected wrapping of the package(s) prior to shipping.

     All INTERMATEX USA products must be returned in mint conditions, well-packed in their original boxes, with labels and/or blisters.  Otherwise please inform your INTERMATEX USA representative of your specific case evaluation.

     The customer must cover all returning expenses from Shipping back logistics, in addition to:

1.       Door to Door Shipments: A 20% charge from the Invoice’s Face Value would be applied due to Shipping and Handling (S&H) Costs.  A minimum charge of USD$20.00 would be applied for all returns.

2.       ExWorks (picked up @ warehouse) orders a 15% fee from the Invoice’s Face Value will be applied for all returns.


     Whenever an order is received, it will be processed and replied in less than two working days, and you will receive an email with the confirmation such as:

o   Sales Order (a file named “PI” followed by Numbers).

o   Tracking Number (either Ground Service or LTL).

Important note: Always make sure a notification email is received.

     After receiving the Sales Order, the products would be dispatched from our Savannah GA, Warehouse through (depending on volume):

o   Ground Transport: dispatched in less than 48 working hours.

o   LTL: dispatched in less than 96 working hours.

     Since we use the outsourcing service of Parcel Companies for all our shipments, once the products are dispatched, the ETA would be under the logistics company’s responsibility.  And the customer shall track their orders with their own Tracking Number previously provided, and this would be done through the Parcel/Carrier Companies’ Website.  In case the product is not delivered according to this ETA provided by the Logistic Company Website, the customer must inform us about the particular case, and we would gladly help to follow up the delivery.

     Intermatex USA will always ensure the proper delivery of the products in mint and new conditions to all our customers.

     For cases where the customers pick the products up from our warehouse (ExWorks), all merchandise will become their full responsibility once the products are loaded and are out of the gate of the Intermatex USA facilities.
