DELIVERY POLICY

      Whenever an order is received, it will be processed and replied in less than two working days, and you will receive an email with the confirmation  such as:

o   Sales Order (a file named “PI” followed by Numbers).

o   Tracking Number (either Ground Service or LTL).

Important note: Always make sure a notification email is received.

     After receiving the Sales Order, the products would be dispatched from our Savannah GA, Warehouse through (depending on volume):

o   Ground Transport: dispatched in less than 48 working hours.

o   LTL: dispatched in less than 96 working hours.

     Since we use the outsourcing service of Parcel Companies for all our shipments, once the products are dispatched, the ETA would be under the logistics company’s responsibility.  And the customer shall track their orders with their own Tracking Number previously provided, and this would be done through the Parcel/Carrier Companies’ Website.  In case the product is not delivered according to this ETA provided by the Logistic Company Website, the customer must inform us about the particular case, and we would gladly help to follow up the delivery.

     Intermatex USA will always ensure the proper delivery of the products in mint and new conditions to all our customers.

     For cases where the customers pick the products up from our warehouse (ExWorks), all merchandise will become their full responsibility once the products are loaded and are out of the gate of the Intermatex USA facilities.
